What services do you offer?

Absolutely! Many of my clients come with rough ideas. I’ll guide you through a discovery session, help define scope and features, and recommend the best path forward — even if we start small and grow the project over time.
How much do your services cost?
Every project is different. I offer both hourly and fixed-price packages depending on what makes the most sense. I tailor each quote based on the client’s specific needs. For more information, please visit the About page.
How long does a project take?
That depends on complexity. Simple websites can take 1–2 weeks, while custom apps or dashboards may take 4–8+ weeks. I’ll always provide a timeline estimate before we begin.
What do I get at the end of the project?
You’ll receive full access to your files (code, designs, database, etc.), training or handoff documentation if needed, and one round of revisions included. For apps, I also include deployment support and future-proofing where possible.
Do you offer maintenance or updates after delivery?
Yes! I offer optional monthly maintenance plans for updates, backups, small changes, or troubleshooting. Or, you can request one-time updates whenever needed.
Will I own the final product?
Yes — you’ll have full ownership of all deliverables. I believe in empowering clients to control their own tools, content, and platforms.
Do you work with clients outside Canada?
Absolutely. I work remotely and serve clients worldwide. As long as we can connect via email or MS Teams, we’re good to go!
Do you offer training or walkthroughs for the systems you build?
Yes — I offer optional one-on-one training sessions to walk you (or your team) through how to use your new tool or site. These can be live, recorded, or written.
Will there be a contract?
Yes — all projects come with a clear service agreement that outlines the scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. This protects both of us and keeps everything transparent.
