Hi, I’m Michelle — a SCADA/HMI Developer, Industrial UI/UX Designer, Mechanical Engineer and Software Developer based in Calgary, Alberta.

Where I Come From

I’m a registered Mechanical Engineer (Philippines) with over a decade of experience in manufacturing, QA/QC, and real plant-floor operations. I’ve worked with injection molding, plating, assemblies, CMM inspections, and ISO compliance — experience that taught me how systems behave in the real world, not just in theory.

When I transitioned into software, I wanted to bridge that gap:
to build smarter tools, automate tedious workflows, and visualize data in ways that actually help operators and decision-makers.

FIXED RATE – A fixed rate means a set price for a clearly defined project. We agree on the scope, features, and deliverables up front — and the price doesn’t change unless you request new features or revisions beyond what was included. Why clients choose it: It gives peace of mind — you know exactly what you’re getting and how much it will cost.
HOURLY RATE – An hourly rate is best for smaller tasks, evolving ideas, or ongoing work. You’re billed only for the time spent — whether that’s fixing bugs, improving performance, or exploring new features. Best for: Quick updates, fixes, or design changes, Maintenance and support, Projects still being figured out (e.g., MVPs or experiments), and Ongoing collaborations. Why clients choose it: It’s flexible. You can make changes on the fly, test ideas, or request help as needed — without needing a new contract each time.
